The classic, creamy deviled eggs you love spiced up with some everything bagel seasoning mix. If this combination isn’t a classic already it will be soon. Deviled eggs are no longer just for holiday gatherings and potlucks. They should be an everyday snack and dinnertime staple!
Place eggs in a medium sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Once boiling place lid on pot and turn off heat. Let eggs sit, covered for 10 minutes.
While eggs are boiling prepare a bowl of ice water. Once 10 minutes are up immediately drop eggs into ice water to cool.
Once eggs are cool to the touch, peel under cool running water. Slice in half lengthwise.
Using your fingers or a spoon remove the yolk and place in the bowl of a food processor or a medium bowl if mixing by hand.
Thoroughly mash yolks by either pulsing in the food processor or smashing with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined and smooth.
If using homemade seasoning, mix all ingredients together and use as directed in the recipe.
Using a spoon or a piping tip, add yolk mixture back to the egg whites. Sprinkle each half with 1/4 tsp of everything seasoning.
Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week!
While you can make your own seasoning unless you already have the ingredients on hand, I would suggest purchasing a pre-made everything bagel seasoning. You can purchase the one I use here!
